Dash vent - fits 1963-1966 Chrysler A bodies, 2.25" heater hose

Reproduction of the dash vents found on the 1963, 1964, 1965, and 1966 Dodge Dart, Plymouth Valiant, and Plymouth Barracuda. This is a special "problem solver" model that fits 2 1/4" heater hose. These cars would have originally come with a 2 1/2" heater hose, but the heater core itself had 2 1/4" outlets, and you sometimes find that a previous owner has matched the heater hose to the heater core and tried to squeeze it onto the vents as best they could. At least that was what happened with my Dart, and it's probably not the only A-body out there with wrong size heater hoses and the adapters long gone.

This reproduction does not completely match the stock design due to the limits of 3D printing, but it also contains a few improvements over the original design for smoother air flow. Chose TPU for an economical if rubbery choice, or resin for maximum smoothness.

Sold individually. Fits both the left and right side of the dash. The vents pictured are PLA prototypes; the TPU vents will have a similar appearance but may have minor differences in finish.

Note: TPU is only available in black, resin is only available in gray. The site may make it look like you can order them the other way around, but won't let you put a gray TPU or black resin part in your cart.
