Refund policy

Cramer Power Electronics LLC return policy:

• Some items such as custom 3D print to order items are non-returnable. This will be mentioned on the product page.
• Anything else has a 30 day return window from the time of arrival.
• Contact us to obtain an RMA (return materials authorization) number before returning an item.
• Returned items must be in their original, uninstalled, unopened condition.
• You cover the cost of shipping the items back, and we're not refunding shipping. 
• If the item is missing parts, opened, etc., we have the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund based on the cost of replacing missing parts, selling at a diminished value, etc.

Warranties:

• Unless otherwise noted, Cramer Power Electronics LLC products carry a one year limited warranty.
• Contact us to obtain an RMA (return materials authorization) number for warranty claims.
• We may repair or replace the item, depending on what is needed.
• You cover the cost of shipping the item in for a warranty claim.
• This warranty does not cover abuse, misinstallation, or other user error. 
• However, we do warranty our parts under race use as long as you take reasonable precautions in building a reliable race car.
