This tool is for removing and installing the bezels that Chrysler used for their ignition switch on many 1960s era cars. I confirmed it fits my 1966 Dodge Dart, and it will work on many others. Replaces Chrysler tool C-3824.
If you're 3D printing this, you will want to use the strongest material your printer can handle, and really get the layer adhesion dialed in. Still, even if you print it in something that can't handle a lot of torque, it will make getting the bezel installation started a lot easier.
